Sunflower oil- rich in Vitamin E, this oil has low percentage of saturated fat. Sunfloweroil is used as a good substitute of most oils that contains high smoke point. Use it for deep frying, pan frying, baking and in preparation of salad dressings.

Vegetable oil- the term ‘vegetable oil’ refers to any oil that is extracted from plant sources. This is a commonly used oil that is found easily in any supermarket or the local grocery store. How healthy the vegetable oil is depends on its source and its uses. Most vegetable oils are from soybeans.
